Stockton Mortgage
Stockton Mortgage came to us with a recruiting challenge: help more people discover careers as Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs). It’s a rewarding profession with strong earning potential that doesn’t require a specialized degree, yet many qualified candidates don’t even know it exists. So we leaned into the absurd, comparing the mystery of MLOs to internet conspiracy theories about reptilian overlords and birds not being real.
The result was a conspiracy-driven recruitment campaign that introduced new audiences to MLO careers while making Stockton Mortgage impossible to ignore.

Continuing Research
To extend the campaign beyond the commercial, we created a companion landing page hosted by the podcast’s conspiracy-minded guest, Tucker Jackson. Designed as a seamless extension of the campaign, the webpage gave visitors another way to engage with the story while learning about career opportunities with Stockton Mortgage.
Fully embracing the tongue-in-cheek conspiracy theory theme, the site presents Tucker’s “investigation” into whether Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) actually exist. Visitors are invited to Uncover the Truth by exploring the role of an MLO, learning about the mortgage industry, and ultimately applying for a Mortgage Loan Officer position with Stockton Mortgage. The immersive experience transformed a traditional recruiting landing page into a memorable piece of branded content, increasing engagement while introducing prospective candidates to a rewarding career they may have never considered.
