That said, there’s nothing wrong with winning some industry recognition along the way. At Bandolier Media, we’ve been named Ad Age Small Agency Of The Year 3 times and we’ve won more than 35 creative awards. It’s nice to be recognized and it’s fun for our team.

When we won our first Ad Age award, we had 4 employees. The next two years, we were once again recognized as one of the best agencies in the country, growing our capabilities into the creative agency we are today.

That recognition is a testament to our people and our clients. Each year we’ve been awarded, a social campaign was at the core of the reason why. It’s what we do best.
